Dear Agoda Team, I would like to express my gratitude for the discount provided for the first day at Na Tara Resort, Koh Chang. Unfortunately, the hotel's pool has been out of order today and will remain so tomorrow, affecting our stay for three consecutive days. This is disappointing as we chose this hotel specifically for its pool amenities, which are now unavailable. We are hoping for a resolution to this matter as soon as possible, as it is causing us stress during what should be a relaxing holiday. Hello, I am reaching out as I have been attempting to contact you via phone without success. I made a booking for an apartment and paid £86, believing it was the full payment, as no additional charges were mentioned. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn about a £[redacted] deposit requirement, not stated in my booking. The receptionist explained the deposit is refundable after the stay but I couldn't process it on my card. Disappointed, I had to return home. Subsequently, my bank refunded the initial payment, and today I noticed you tried to withdraw the amount again. The lack of clarity on the deposit wasted my trip and ruined my night. I continuously checked my emails but found no mention of the £[redacted] deposit. I kindly request a refund, as I was unable to stay due to this issue.

Initially, we received multiple emails from Agoda indicating that the property was sold out. As a result, we made a new booking through Trip.com on December 4, [redacted], as we were unaware of the availability through Agoda. Upon check-in on December 25, [redacted], we discovered that there was confusion regarding our reservation. It seems that there were two separate bookings made for four rooms in total, which led to a mix-up during check-in. The hotel informed us that they would cancel the Agoda reservation as it had not been charged yet, and they proceeded with the Trip.com reservation. We have documentation showing that only two deluxe rooms were occupied by four people on December 25 and checked out on December 26, [redacted]. I kindly request to ensure that we are not charged IDR 1,[redacted],15 for this misunderstanding. We sincerely apologize for any oversight on our part, and we are willing to pay any necessary penalties for the confusion. We value our experience with Agoda and appreciate the good deals we often receive. I did not authorize this booking. While browsing for accommodations, I left my phone at the hotel to go to dinner. Upon returning, I discovered a confirmed booking with La Flora Patong, which I did not make. I usually use Paypal, not my credit card, on Agoda, and I was not asked for my CCV. Therefore, I am unsure how this booking was completed without that information. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].46 to my credit card. I have already contacted my bank to dispute this charge. Good morning, yesterday afternoon, I received an email confirming a booking made in October that was immediately rejected by the owner because the price entered was incorrect. All communications with the owner are on the site and clearly visible. Apparently, he was not able to rent it at the price he wanted, so in the end, he kept my money WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE REFUND OF THE CHARGED AMOUNT AND THE REPORTING of this deceitful host.

I made a booking with ID [redacted]85, but the hotel declined to accept the Agoda reservation. Agoda charged me [redacted] Indian Rupees for this. Since there was no phone support in India, I had to make another direct booking and paid the hotel [redacted] Rupees once more. I've been trying to get a refund from Agoda, but their customer service responses are unhelpful and irrelevant. Hello, I made a reservation at Sports Beach Resort in Pondicherry with booking ID [redacted]37. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no hot water and the swimming pool was not operational. The response from the staff was unsatisfactory, so we chose not to stay and informed the property accordingly. I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact the hotel management listed on my Agoda booking. I have a reservation with BOUNTY BOUTIQUE in Koh Rong Samloen for 2 people from January 13th to 18th, [redacted]. My flight reaches Sihanoukville Airport at 6:05pm, after the last ferry to Koh Rong at 5pm. I need to inform them that we will arrive late. Is it possible to arrange a private transfer for that night? If not, can we change the booking to arrive on January 14th? I've found it challenging to communicate this issue because I couldn't find a direct email address for the hotel. I hope for a solution to this situation as the customer service from major booking engines like Agoda has been lacking in this regard.

Dear Agoda Representative, I am seeking compensation for my recent booking at Nice Beach Hotel in Rayong, Thailand for several reasons: The room I received did not match the double room with a double bed I had reserved; instead, I got a twin room with separate beds that the staff could not put together. The lack of wifi and a functioning light switch in the room were additional inconveniences. The room had a strong mold smell that aggravated my allergies, along with hairs in the bathroom and visible bags of trash from the balcony. Lastly, the customer service at the reception was very poor. Due to these issues and concerns for my health, I opted to book another hotel, incurring additional costs for a last-minute reservation. I am disappointed with the false advertising regarding the hotel. Although the online booking stated that breakfast was included, upon arrival, the hotel claimed it was not. Additionally, parking was not available on-site, and the off-site parking required a daily fee of 40 dhs and was quite far from the hotel. The staff's demeanor was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the rooms were dirty with a lack of essential items like toilet paper and towels. The overall hygiene of the hotel, including the toilet, was subpar, and the odor was unpleasant. Despite booking a deluxe room, the accommodation provided was not up to par. Furthermore, the room only accommodated two adults, leaving no space for the two children as initially planned. Having to pay extra for an additional bed for the children was an unexpected inconvenience. I will not recommend this hotel to others and feel let down by both the hotel and Agoda's advertising practices.

I am disappointed by the misleading information provided during the online booking process. Contrary to the advertisement, the hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast and lacks parking facilities. The staff was unhelpful, the rooms were unclean with shortages of essential items like toilet paper and towels. The overall hygiene of the hotel left much to be desired, with a persistent smell of dampness. Despite booking a deluxe room, I was given a different room category. The room provided was not suitable for the number of guests as reserved, resulting in extra charges for accommodation for the children. I do not recommend this hotel to others based on my negative experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with my booking at Zen Light Residences on December 28 under the name Marilou L Fuentes with booking reference number [redacted]76. I called them yesterday to check in late at night because we had visitors to entertain. I arrived at the property around 5 a.m., but no staff answered, only customer service who did not compensate for the stress caused by this booking. They asked me to transfer to another property, which would take another hour to reach. By 2 p.m., I was still frustrated, having spent the whole night sleepless with a mix of anger and disappointment.

After booking a stay at K Hotel through Agoda, I received a confirmation with a different location and name, "De luxe Hotel." When I raised my concerns with K Hotel, they advised me to rebook with them and promised a refund in Agoda cash due to my non-cancellation policy. I'm perplexed by the discrepancy in the property photos and names. K Hotel apparently has three locations, but the advertisement only listed one. This inconsistency feels misleading and I'm disappointed in Agoda's handling of this situation.

I recently stayed at Frasier Suites on the 26th and 27th of December. Sadly, my experience was not as expected. The room did not have the sofa bed as advertised, and I had to pay extra for a foldaway bed with an uncomfortable mattress. Multiple power points were not working, and I found a cigarette butt in the bathroom. Only two sets of towels were provided instead of four, and the toilet roll holder was broken. The dryer door and lint holder were faulty, making it unusable. The laundry area was dirty, and the walls throughout the property were marked. The dishes were not clean, and the kitchen cabinets were dirty. The TV was old and barely functioning. The overall condition of the place did not match the luxury advertised. I booked this apartment to uplift my family's spirits after a loss, but the experience was disappointing for my son. I am requesting a full refund due to the numerous issues encountered. Dear Agoda Team, I recently stayed at The Great Madras hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon check-in on **th December, I found that the online reviews I relied on seemed to be misleading. I faced several issues during my stay, including a lack of sufficient staff at the reception, bed bugs in the room causing bites on my back, and unsatisfactory conditions in the replacement room. I reported these concerns to Mr. Satiman at the hotel. Moreover, the room key stopped working at one point, leading to further inconvenience. I believe the hotel requires serious improvements in its services and overall maintenance. I urge the Agoda team to reconsider listing The Great Madras hotel until these issues are addressed properly. I made a reservation through Agoda for a 10-night stay at Amsterdam CityView Condo and paid SGD $5,[redacted].26 with my credit card. The dates of the booking are from April 30, [redacted], to May 10, [redacted]. After discovering very negative reviews on booking.com about this property, highlighting issues like foul odors in the bathrooms, broken toilet seats, malfunctioning toilet flushes, steep staircases without elevators, and dirty couches and bedding, I am now seeking a refund.
