Dear Sir/Madam, I am Mr. K.C. Subramanian. I recently booked 3 rooms at Hatyai Holiday Hotel in Thailand. Unfortunately, I made an error in the booking dates, which should be from December 28th to December 29th, [redacted], and not December 27th. I trust in Agoda's exceptional service and kindly request to change the dates due to this simple typing mistake I made on my phone. I am hopeful for your assistance and efficient service. Booking ID: [redacted]99 for B&B PALAZZO BRIGA in Catania for the night of 31.12.[redacted]. Despite your confirmation and that of the property, as well as the charge on my credit card, the property contacted us for overbooking, canceling the reservation and stating they would provide refund details this morning. Despite our follow-up call, we are still awaiting information. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

I have a booking ID: [redacted]29 for Morning Star Castle hotel. Unfortunately, upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that they had not received any booking from OYO. I contacted the OYO helpline provided in my booking confirmation email, and they assured me they would investigate and call back. However, I have not received any update from them. Upon contacting them again, I was informed that the booking was made through Agoda. Thus, I am outlining this issue and submitting a request for assistance. Thank you, Srigiri

Help needed! As the owner, I am dealing with a booking issue. Booking ID [redacted] with Jon Lie as the guest is causing a problem as his booking overlaps with a blocked 10-day booking on my calendar. I personally checked the calendar and confirmed the dates were blocked, but somehow Jon Lie's booking appeared on top of the blocked dates. He is requesting a refund due to what seems to be an Agoda computer glitch. Unfortunately, I don't have access to his credit card information, so I'm unable to contact support on his behalf. This situation is causing confusion, and I need assistance from Owner Support to sort it out promptly. Thank you.

I need to make changes to two bookings that were made in error ([redacted]19 and [redacted]51). We initially intended to reserve a hostel for tomorrow and the following day, but mistakenly booked for tonight. Sadly, the reservation is non-refundable. The adjustment required is for the "Ivory Tower Hostel" in Sofia, Bulgaria. The erroneous booking was made for tonight, 27/12, and we need the correct reservation for 2 guests on the 28th and 29th of December at the same hostel. It would be greatly appreciated if we could receive a prompt response. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm feeling quite frustrated with the booking process. I prefer not to use video calls as I'm not tech-savvy; I would appreciate if you could handle everything from your end. Booking a hotel room should not be this complicated. I need you to please confirm my husband's hotel reservation at Granbell Shibuya for January 20, [redacted], for one night. Dear Sir or Madam, I made a reservation at Boracay Holiday Resort for December 24th, [redacted], for two people at a cost of 95,[redacted] Korean won. My booking number is [redacted]96. Due to a typhoon in the Philippines, we were unable to reach Boracay as the port was closed on the 24th and 25th. Despite contacting Boracay Holiday Resort three times on the 24th, we were advised to wait for their manager's approval to cancel. They instructed us to call back on the 25th, but we were unable to reach Boracay on the 24th to cancel. We were then directed to contact you for assistance in processing a full refund due to the unforeseen circumstances. Thank you. Laetitia T.

When we tried to contact the owner, there was no answer. The receptionist was pleasant but did not seem knowledgeable about the property. After a long flight with a baby, we were disappointed to find that the apartment was not as expected. We were hoping for a decent place, but there was no response from the owner and the apartment did not match the description - it lacked a partial sea view and balcony. Instead, it felt like a dark space with only an AC unit and some clothes hangers. We would appreciate a full refund for this misleading advertisement and false representation of the apartment.

Hello there, I am a dedicated patron of Agoda with booking ID [redacted]57. While traveling through Malaysia and planning a night in Singapore, I mistakenly booked the wrong dates. Instead of checking in on 27th December and checking out on 28th December, I booked for 27th March and 28th March [redacted]. Upon arrival at the hotel, I realized my error when they mentioned the booking was for March [redacted]. Subsequently, I had to make another booking for that night through Agoda. Hello! I wanted to share my experience from Dec. 22, [redacted], when I attempted to make a reservation on Agoda. During the booking process, I encountered a "session expired" message, leading me to book again. Upon checking my email, I discovered I had unintentionally booked twice as I received two confirmations. Despite my effort to cancel the initial booking, it was labeled "non-refundable," resulting in a cancellation fee equal to the booking cost. I made a booking at RedDoorz San Nicholas, Agoo, La Union for a resort named Infiniti. On the day of check-in, Infiniti informed me they are no longer affiliated with RedDoorz. They advised me to speak with the RedDoorz manager. Now, I've been directed to contact Agoda since the payment was processed through them. I hope to receive a refund as I couldn't use the booking. Dear Agoda team, I hope you are doing well. Today, I made a reservation at a hotel in Ubud with booking ID: [redacted]37. The reservation was for a deluxe room with 2 single beds for 2 adults and 2 children. After my booking was confirmed and payment was processed, I received an email from Agoda stating that the room was sold out. I contacted the hotel, and they informed me that discrepancies like this have occurred before where the booking information on Agoda's site does not match their actual availability. Member ID: [redacted] Location: Wavecrest Village & Tourist Park Address: [redacted] Hopetoun-Ravensthorpe Rd, Hopetoun, Western Australia I encountered a significant problem with this booking. We made a payment at the beginning of December for a stay between 28-29/12. Today, when trying to confirm the booking with the hotel, we were informed that there was no room reserved and they could not locate the details on Agoda. We've traveled a long way and cannot feel safe with this situation unresolved. Kindly assist us with a refund and address this issue with the host urgently.

I made a hotel reservation using the "pay at hotel" option on the Agoda app. After the cancellation deadline has passed, I noticed that there is a non-refundable cancellation policy for this booking. Although I have not paid the hotel directly yet, I'm aware that if I cancel now, there will be no refund from the hotel. The booking also mentions that cancelling after the deadline will result in being charged for the entire stay. I'm curious about how Agoda or the hotel will proceed with this charge if I do cancel, such as whether Agoda will automatically debit the amount from my credit card.

I made a hotel booking in Katra from the 20th of December to the 24th of December on the website, Katra.fr. Initially, OYO provided us with a hotel called OYO Hotel Sunderam. However, without prior notice, they switched our reservation to OYO Hotel Jodhermal, where the owner refused to accommodate us. After spending three hours on the phone with OYO customer care, we were still not permitted to stay. Consequently, we requested OYO to cancel our reservation. Unfortunately, there is no internet service in Kashmir, making communication challenging. Please issue a refund for my booking as we had to find alternative accommodation in Katra. Agoda, I kindly request the cancellation of the payment charge on my BDO card for booking number [redacted]96 at Captain Lodge and Bar in Panglao, Bohol. I unintentionally booked this room on Nov 16 and promptly canceled it as it was reserved without requiring the CVV number of my credit card. Subsequently, I booked another room in Panglao, Bohol, which did request my CVV number for the transaction. Please cancel the payment request due to the discrepancies in the initial transaction and because I did not benefit from it.

I made a reservation for December 31, [redacted] to January 1, [redacted] at Tagaytay Pinkish Staycation. After sending a booking request, I tried contacting the host without success. Upon messaging, the host asked for my identity before declining my request. I explained the need to accept my pending request, but it was still declined. I observed the property was still available for the dates I wanted. I am unsure why the host refused my request without providing a valid reason, especially when I was prepared to pay with my credit card registered on my Agoda account.

I am frustrated with Agoda's booking system. I am from Myanmar and our country's bank restricts deposits over $5,[redacted] USD. This prevents us from paying for accommodations booked on Agoda. I urge Agoda to reconsider this limitation. I challenge Agoda to reach out to me within 6 hours, or my team and I will protest at the Agoda office in Myanmar.
