I made bookings at The Podium Boutique Hotel and Travelite Express Hotel in Baguio for January 17 or 18, [redacted]. I can't recall the exact date. The reservations are under either Shella Jallorina or Kyle Weygan. Could you please check if there are any bookings under these names on those dates and cancel them? I wasn't able to correct this as the email address I provided was incorrect. Kindly verify the reservations at both hotels for January 17 or 18, [redacted], and cancel them. I recently stayed at SEA RESIDENCES PRIME from the 25th to the 28th of December, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed issues such as the lack of hot water, insufficient towels for the number of guests, absence of hanging clips, and missing toiletries despite paying [redacted] pesos. The room also lacked basic items like tissues, clean utensils, and soap for the dishwasher. The sink emitted a foul smell, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. Additionally, the living room lacked a fan, the lights were flickering, and the staff's customer service was not up to par. Overall, this experience was far from pleasant for me and my family.

I made a booking on November 16, [redacted], through Agoda for a hotel in Davao. However, I noticed that the payment deducted from my savings account was double the amount. I contacted the hotel, but they directed me to Agoda. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach Agoda for assistance. I have reported the issue to my bank, and they advised me to contact Agoda for a refund of the overcharge.

Booking ID [redacted]13: I am currently staying at Resort World Sentosa - Hotel Micheal in room [redacted]. We checked into the hotel with a package purchased through Agoda that was supposed to include 3 attractions in Sentosa. However, the front desk informed us it was room only. We have tried to contact Agoda's helpline, but have been unsuccessful. Hello, I was billed for a two-night stay at F Square Fort Cochin from 15/12/19 to 17/12/19. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that they couldn't honor my reservation due to past payment issues with Agoda. Can you please assist me in obtaining a complete refund for the amount charged for the accommodation? I was unable to contact you earlier during my trip in India as I did not have access to a phone. Dear Sir, We booked 2 cottages for our family trip, consisting of 4 adults and 1 child. Unfortunately, one senior member had a fall due to dizziness and had a hip operation today. As advised by the doctor, he needs complete bed rest for 3 months. We are unable to use one cottage now and need to cancel. We can provide any necessary proof such as a doctor's statement. I made a booking at Marmalade Springs Resorts in Kalpetta, but instead, I was given an alternate hotel, Green Gates Hotel, after my original booking was canceled. I later found out that a plan for [redacted] only includes breakfast, while a plan for [redacted] includes both dinner and breakfast. The option for the [redacted] plan was never presented to me. I am now requesting the hotel to change my plan to the [redacted] one or allow me to have à la carte. Unfortunately, they are not offering à la carte options for dinner and are insisting I take the buffet. I find this situation completely unacceptable. Please arrange for an immediate callback to address and resolve my concerns.

Upon arrival, we were shocked to learn that our rooms were canceled by your end without any prior notice. This was incredibly inconvenient as my parents were with me, and it ruined our plans. I mistakenly booked a 'family' room at the Bluewave Hotel when I intended to reserve a single-person room. I tried to request a change through the hotel but was informed Agoda needed to handle it. Hello, I have made a reservation at Aana Resort in Koh Chang, under a non-refundable agreement. However, I am troubled to learn from recent reviews that there are significant unannounced construction activities taking place, with the swimming pool being unavailable. I recently booked a flight from Cebu to Puerto Princesa and successfully made the payment with my credit card. However, I encountered an issue as Agoda did not send me a confirmation on my mobile phone. Additionally, the email address provided during booking is no longer accessible to me. Unfortunately, due to issues with obtaining a visa from the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, I was unable to travel as planned. Since this is a Booking.Basic reservation, I understand there are restrictions on modifications and cancellations through the Booking app. I was looking forward to spending my birthday holiday at BAI Hotel in the Philippines, but circumstances have made it impossible. Dear Agoda, I am encountering an issue with my hotel reservation at Comfort Guest House in Chung King Mansion, Hong Kong. On December 2, [redacted], I made a reservation at Seralago in Orlando. Upon my arrival on December 6, [redacted], at 11:30 PM after almost 29 hours of travel, the hotel had no record of my booking. Despite attempts by the resort and Agoda, the issue was only resolved after approximately 3.5 hours. This experience was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. As a loyal Agoda customer since [redacted], I believe this incident should be thoroughly investigated. I am requesting some form of compensation for this mistake, as it caused me to go to bed well past 3 AM. I eagerly await your reply.

I had a disappointing experience with a recent booking at Seralago Hotel and Suites in Orlando. I booked on February 12, [redacted]. The booking was confirmed, and I made the payment. However, upon my arrival on December 6, [redacted], the hotel had no record of my booking. After traveling for approximately 29 hours, I had to wait an additional three and a half hours for the issue to be resolved. Arriving at the hotel at 11:30 pm, I only got to bed around 3 am. This situation requires a thorough investigation as no loyal customer should experience such humiliation. I arrived at Hotel Leela Villas, and the receptionist refused to provide the room I had booked through your site on 26/12/[redacted], for Rs [redacted]. Despite showing him the booking ID, he insisted there was no reservation from your site. I tried reaching out to the customer service number, but received no response. Feeling helpless, we had to leave and search for another hotel. The whole experience was full of difficulties. Kindly process a refund of the total amount.
