Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID
The issue in GetHuman-marefe's own words
I booked flight from Cebu to Puerto Princesa and I completed the booking and the payment thru credit card, my problem is Agoda didn't confirm it thru my mobile phone and if they sent me confirmation thru My email add , the email add that I registered was the old account and I don't have access it anymore, so please Agoda send me a confirmation , send my flight details if I successfully , if not booked it let me know so that I can book it to another Agent.Thank You
