Upon arrival at hotel Icon 36, we were informed of a mix-up and transferred to their alternate location, a lower-quality hotel still under construction. Despite our original booking at Icon 36, we insisted on returning to our intended hotel. The staff offered a one-night upgrade followed by our original booking for the remaining nights. When inquiring about our initial room, they evaded the question, only emphasizing the upgrade for one night. We expressed our preference for the booked room for the entire stay or to accept the upgrade for all three days without moving. Unfortunately, they admitted they overbooked and couldn't honor our reservation as promised. After discussing with the manager, he acknowledged the oversight and advised on seeking a refund through Agoda. Disappointed by the situation, we are seeking a full refund for the inconvenience caused by their inability to provide the room we reserved.

Agoda Booking ID [redacted]37 Check-in January 7, [redacted] I would like to make a small adjustment to my booking. When I made the reservation, I was unable to specify the number of children and their ages because I booked through my phone. The property allows a maximum of 3 guests, and children aged 0-12 stay for free. I have reserved the room for 4 adults, and I am not requesting any extra services like additional breakfast or beds. I am simply hoping to have the children stay for free as per the property's offer when I made the booking. I would appreciate it if you could update my booking accordingly. Thank you.

I contacted the property regarding my booking reference number [redacted]97. Agoda's website stated that the room is a beach-facing Premium room, but the property informed me that Agoda provided them with a voucher for a non-beach-facing Premium room. I am unsure how to contact customer care, so please reach out to me at +91 [redacted]. If a beach view room is not available, I may need to cancel this booking.

I made a reservation at HOTEL ROYAL PARK in Jaipur near WTP for a one-night stay on November 16, [redacted]. Upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor the booking due to the low price. Despite showing them the confirmation page, we were denied a room and had to find alternative accommodation. Surprisingly, on December 16, [redacted], the payment was deducted from our bank account despite not staying at the hotel. I need to escalate a concern about our booking reservation. Unexpected events like weather conditions are beyond our control, and we would like to request a full refund considering our original booking was affected by airline schedule changes due to a typhoon. Being regular users of Agoda, we appreciate the app's deals and services. Unfortunately, we can't reschedule as the Royal Park is fully booked for the alternative dates. While we understand the cancellation policy, we hope Agoda can kindly consider our refund request or assist us in booking another available property for December 27-30. Hello, I am disappointed with my experience today at The View Ella Hotel with booking number [redacted]41. The hotel was not as expected due to renovations, causing inconvenience and forcing me to find alternative accommodation late at night in a fully booked area. This led to the cancellation of my tour plans for tomorrow. I suggest conducting better inspections of hotels before promoting them on your website to avoid such issues. I am seeking a full refund for the unsatisfactory stay. The situation also resulted in me having to pay a higher price for a new room in Ella.

Booking ID: [redacted]33. I made a reservation for a family of four at Apartments of Melbourne. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had booked two apartments instead of one. I was charged for both apartments, which was not my intention and not reflected during the booking process. I have no need for two apartments and would appreciate a refund for the cost of the extra apartment. Hello, my name is Krishnapillai K. from Singapore, and I need to address an issue I encountered during my recent stay. We had made a reservation at Three Brothers Bungalows in Bali with the booking reference [redacted] and booking ID [redacted]69. Upon arrival, we found the room to be extremely dirty with cockroaches, dust, and dirt throughout. The uncleanliness was unacceptable, prompting us to check out after only 6 hours, despite booking for two nights. Hello, my friend made a reservation for me at Grand Wiz Bali Nusa Dua from January 3rd to 11th. Unfortunately, he mistakenly paid for the wrong hotel. I noticed the error within 24 hours and requested a cancellation and refund, but the hotel has a non-refundable policy. It's frustrating because we are not even in Bali yet and have changed our plans. I don't think it's fair to be charged for 8 nights due to a policy. We are willing to pay for one night as a cancellation fee, not for the entire stay. Please assist us with this issue. Thank you.

I checked in at the hotel around 6:30 pm, but I was told there were no rooms due to overbooking. After contacting OYO customer service, they attempted to relocate me to other OYO hotels, but none were available as it was peak season. After nearly 2 hours, I was advised to find another hotel. I was left stranded on the street late at night with my family. With no other options, I had to book a more expensive room. I was extremely disappointed by this experience with OYO and unexpected from Agoda. As payment was taken without providing any service, I am requesting a refund of Rs. [redacted].74.

I made a reservation for a one-night stay on either January 17 or 18, [redacted], but I cannot recall the exact dates or which hotels I booked. Unfortunately, I provided the wrong email address. I recently booked a one-night stay at FOUR SEASONS KUL. The booking reference number is [redacted]53. However, I intended to book the Club City View Room, but it was automatically assigned the City View Room instead. I would like to make changes to my booking. I recently had my Agoda booking [redacted]92 canceled because Agoda did not acknowledge my payment through M Lhuillier with BP Reference Number BPP [redacted][redacted]. I need assistance verifying this payment with Dragonpay. I am looking for an email address where I can send the payment receipt from M Lhuillier. I am concerned about the status of my payment. Will this be refunded to me? I have proof of payment and my booking was canceled. How can I get a refund for the payment made through Dragonpay? I hope to have this matter resolved promptly.

Hello, I recently canceled my reservation for three rooms at KSL for a three-day, two-night stay booked with Agoda from December 26th to 28th. The Booking ID is [redacted]77.
