Hello, I booked a Superior room at Manggar Indonesia Hotel in Bali for my client with booking ID: [redacted]73. The check-in date was December 14th and check-out date was December 16th for 2 adults. Upon arrival, my client was informed that the booking was cancelled, despite having the booking confirmation and making full payment. We had to rebook on the spot and incurred additional expenses. I am seeking a resolution to this matter as payment was made and the booking confirmation was available.

I made a reservation for Le Papillon Hotel through your company for the dates of 16/12 to 19/12 at the advertised rate of 4,[redacted] Sri Lankan Rupees. However, upon arrival last night, I was surprised to see that the bill had doubled to 30,[redacted] rupees for the 3-night stay. Despite this discrepancy, I reluctantly signed the bill as both my wife and I were tired and did not want to argue. I am hoping to extend our stay at the hotel for an additional 2 to 3 nights free of charge, if this is a possibility.

I was trying to book a unit for Dec 31st, but it got booked today on Agoda. I need to change my booking dates from Dec 17th to Dec 31st. I've tried to contact the property owner, but haven't received a response yet. I provided my number for them to reach me urgently. I accidentally booked a hotel just 2 minutes ago, and my credit card was charged instantly. I was simply browsing for a friend and never intended to make a reservation. I am a loyal Agoda user with my credit card saved on the platform. Since this transaction occurred very recently, I am hopeful that a refund can be processed. If this is not possible, I will escalate this matter further. I am disappointed with this situation and if unresolved, I will have to uninstall the Agoda app and remove my credit card details from my account.

I made a reservation at Regenza By Tunga, Mumbai for check-in on December 15th and check-out on December 16th. The Booking ID is [redacted]17. The reservation was under my name, Amit S., but it got cancelled. My credit card ending in ***[redacted] was linked to the reservation for a pre-authorization, and I am still waiting for the refund. After contacting your staff again, I was advised to leave it as the child's stay is supposedly already included. Unfortunately, we are still unable to access the room now. On December 15, [redacted], I made a payment of $[redacted].98 through the Agoda mobile app for a 3-day, 2-night stay from December 18 to December 20 at KSL Hotel and Resorts in Johor Bahru. I canceled my booking on the same day and received an email from Agoda confirming a full refund of $[redacted].98 will be credited back to my bank account. I called my credit card company to inquire about why the transaction was still successfully charged despite the refund confirmation from Agoda.

Regarding my booking cancellation with ID [redacted]45, I would like to address the recent events. On December 11th, Agoda contacted me to inquire about providing a hospital letter for my father's stroke to support the cancellation. They mentioned zero charges would apply if I provided the necessary documentation. After submitting the letter, I reached out via email to discuss either canceling with no refund or receiving Agoda cash, but the ensuing correspondence was confusing. Despite expressing my acceptance of the cancellation and intention to revisit the matter later, I received an email confirming the cancellation with no refund, leaving me disillusioned. I expressed my dissatisfaction via email, but received no response besides a ticket confirmation. I am currently overseas and unavailable for calls, but I am keen to receive a response regarding my refund options. I have upcoming bookings in Penang on the 23rd of December and several hotels in Genting in January, and I seek a timely resolution on the matter of my refund.

I made a reservation for a one-night stay at Econo Lodge Hotel in Hendersonville, NC for January 3, [redacted]. I accidentally booked through a third-party site, not the hotel directly. When attempting to call, the only method to speak to a representative is by providing my booking ID, which I do not have. I promptly cancelled the reservation right after booking it. As I was informed of the cancellation, I didn't retain the information. Today, I booked a room in Paris and was excited to receive a 5% discount. However, yesterday, I tried to use the discount code HOLIDAY19, with no success. Additionally, I was unable to apply the $2.00 off for new customers. Despite trying multiple codes, none of the discounts were accepted. I also booked a location in London along with Paris. Dear Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well! I am reaching out regarding additional charges imposed by "Robinson Club Maldives - Adult only." These fees were not disclosed during the payment process. Before finalizing my reservation, I ensured that there were no extra charges apart from the resort fee. I have observed that while browsing for resorts, all costs such as airport transfers, resort fees, and green taxes were clearly outlined. For instance, one of the resorts included a service charge of 10% and a tax of 12%, with additional costs like Green Tax of USD 6.00 per person per night and Roundtrip Plane and Boat Transfer Fee (USD [redacted].50 per person) that were not included in the initial price. However, with "Robinson Club Maldives," only a Resort Fee of USD 96 was mentioned in the booking details. Currently, the resort is requesting a domestic flight plus speedboat (USD [redacted].50 per person) and a green tax of USD 6.00 per person per night, which exceeds my budget. I am unable to afford this unexpected amount, especially since I chose this resort for its affordability compared to others. Could you please advise on how to address this issue accordingly?
