Hello, I made a hotel reservation at Phuket Seastone Private Pool Villa for December 26 to December 29 with Booking ID: [redacted]77. I recently got an email from Agoda mentioning that the payment via Mastercard did not go through, despite having enough funds in my account. I kindly request Agoda to provide me with an update regarding the status of my booking and the payment problem, and to confirm the reservation. I would appreciate it if Agoda could get back to me with this information. Thank you.

I made a reservation through Agoda for a one-night stay at Jabcobs Creek Retreat. Upon arrival, we found our room to be filthy with broken drawers, a foul odor, a malfunctioning air conditioner, and dust throughout. The pool was green due to a long-broken filter, and there were cobwebs, spiders, and bugs everywhere. The windows were dirty, and the outside of our front door was also unsanitary. When attempting to contact the on-site manager, we were hung up on and could not reach her afterward. Due to these conditions causing my friend to have an asthma attack, we decided to leave immediately. I am requesting a full refund for our reservation, as we did not stay because of the false advertising on their site and the substandard conditions. Our booking ID is [redacted] under the name J. Hello. I made a reservation for two rooms at Vaia Boutique Hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam for December 17th to 19th but accidentally booked twice due to issues with my phone. I realized the confirmation was likely sent to my old email which I cannot access. The hotel suggested I resolve the duplicate booking through Agoda. I need to cancel one of the bookings. Hi, I accidentally booked Captain's Lodge last November. I am hoping to avoid being charged for this reservation since I won't be benefiting from it. I noticed that this booking didn't go through the usual process I'm accustomed to on your app. Typically, all my past transactions on Agoda required my credit card's CVV number for completion, unlike this one. I usually use the slide to verify charges and then enter my CVV for bookings. Although I understand there's usually no cancellation policy, this particular booking didn't prompt for my CVV. Hello, I was attempting to update the payment card, but I am unable to locate how to make this change and proceed. I unintentionally made a duplicate booking for the same room on the same date at the same price a few hours ago. I was actually trying to cancel this recent booking, but unfortunately, I ended up cancelling the one that was already paid for instead. I mistakenly booked a hotel in Udupi for the 14th of March instead of the 15th of March [redacted]. I kindly request to change my check-in date to the 15th of March and the check-out to the 16th instead of the 15th. Please make the necessary corrections to defer the dates as my intended check-in date is the 15th, not the 14th as previously booked in the Hotel Sharada International Udupi. Please confirm. Dear Sir, I made a booking with twin beds based on your confirmation, but the hotel stated they have a queen bed. I followed their advice to modify through Agoda. I booked reservation number [redacted]09 at Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis through Agoda on my regular account on the 14th for S$[redacted].01, which was non-refundable. However, the very next day, I searched again on Agoda and found the exact same room with breakfast included for only S$[redacted].78. I am disappointed and feel like I have been overcharged, especially as a loyal customer. I would like a refund for the price difference.

I made a late evening hotel reservation in Tagaytay, Philippines. I received the booking ID and chose to pay via cash deposit at BDO bank. Once I completed the payment and obtained the receipt, I discovered a cancellation email had been sent before I made the payment. I am puzzled about what steps to take now. I had booked a Classic Double or Twin room at OYO [redacted] West Inn Hotel in Mumbai, India, for the dates 18th to 20th October [redacted]. Upon reaching the hotel, they informed me that the rooms were full and could not accommodate me. OYO promptly canceled my booking without consulting the hotel and advised me to seek a refund through their customer service. This experience was extremely disappointing, forcing me to find alternative accommodation like Hotel Avista. Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Avista was also subpar. Booking accommodations online should be convenient, but this experience has left me dissatisfied.

I made a booking in Jammu from 11th to 13th November [redacted]. I received an email confirmation for my stay at Shiv Shakti Residency with booking ID [redacted]65. Payment was deducted from my bank account. Upon arrival, the hotel denied my reservation, claiming they hadn't received the payment. I had to arrange and pay for a higher-priced room. I attempted to contact customer care, but due to mobile service being suspended in Jammu, I was unable to reach them. I faced significant inconvenience. I have neither received a hotel room nor a refund for my original payment.

During my recent three-day stay at ARIANNA HOTEL in Singapore, I chose the "pay at hotel" option. Upon check-in, I paid [redacted] SGD for my stay and have the receipt. However, despite being checked in, my booking was cancelled the next day by Agoda for a no-show, which is inaccurate. My booking number is [redacted]13, and I request that Agoda updates my account to reflect that the booking was completed, linked to my email [redacted] I believe Agoda should take action against ARIANNA HOTEL for their misleading actions.

I made a reservation for an air-conditioned room at C Beach Resorts in Arnala, Virar for the **th of December, ****, under the name Amol Temkar. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that they had no affiliation with Agoda, despite my confirmation email mentioning OYO, which also does not have a partnership with the resort according to the staff. I had to rebook a non-air-conditioned room at an additional cost. I am requesting a refund of the extra amount paid. It's disappointing that hotels shown on the website lack actual ties with your service. I need assistance with my recent reservation through Agoda for a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, from Dec 15 to Dec 17.
