Booking reference: Booking ID ********* under Loh lip Chiang *Dear team.. we understand that the booking is non refundable. Due to miscommunication we double booked ourselves due to miscommunication. We need to attend a family matter on that day. Would it be possible for us to cancel the booking but with a full refund? We found out the day right after the booking was made but we were overwhelmed with work. We hope*You can help us with this matter out of goodwill. Thank you
