Hello Agoda, I made a reservation for a room at the Heart Building in Media City for 11/12/[redacted]. After that, I accidentally booked another room for the same day, 12/12/[redacted]. Could I please reschedule one of these bookings? I am a regular user of your service, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Hello, I hope all is well. We have previously reached out to address an ongoing issue. We are registered with you as Wilton Manor guesthouse in Cape Town. The challenge we face involves guest arrival times. Not being able to directly communicate with guests leaves us unaware of their arrival time. Booking.com allows us to contact guests, but Agoda does not. It would be incredibly helpful if your booking platform could include a field for guests to input their estimated arrival time. This simple addition would greatly benefit guesthouses like ours. If we do not receive a solution or plan from you on how to address this matter, we may reconsider our partnership in the coming year. I reserved a hotel in Perth, Australia for $92 per night. My Booking Id is [redacted]64. I made a hotel reservation and canceled it with free cancellation by December 12th. I noticed that even though I canceled on time, my credit card was still charged for the booking. On the mobile app, it shows that the refund amount is 0 and does not reflect the debit from my credit card. When can I expect to receive the refund?

I reached the hotel I had reserved, and they informed me that it has been fully booked since November. I am now being transferred to another OYO property in the region, but they haven't provided me with the specific location or details about the new accommodations. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, no manager has come to address my concerns or contact me as I requested. This delay has resulted in missing my first business appointment. OYO claims that I should have received an email regarding the cancellation of my original booking, but I never received such communication.

After mistakenly booking an apartment in Blouberg Strand, thinking it was in Strand, I realized it was located far from my destination in Eersteriver where I have a ceremony to attend. I quickly contacted Agoda to cancel the booking and requested a refund. Fortunately, the consultant was able to persuade the hotel to refund me without any penalties since it was done on the same day as the booking. Now, I am eagerly waiting for Agoda to process my refund so I can find accommodation closer to my event before all the hotels are fully booked. I asked why this happened, and the owner gave me the option to top up the payment or cancel the reservation. When I inquired about the top-up amount, I didn't receive a response until yesterday at 6:28 PM when I asked for an update. The owner then informed me that we would proceed with a full refund. I have trusted AGODA for many years, which is why I always return to them for my bookings.
