Good day. We have contacted you previously about this problem. We are listed with you as a guesthouse. Wilton Manor in Cape Town. We have continious problems with arrival times of guests. We cannot contact them directly and therefor we have no idea what time they will arrive. Booking.com gives us the option to contact the guest but not Agoda. Why can you not put in on your booking website a time of arrival. This will help guesthouses alot. If you dont get back to us with an option as how you going to assist us in this matter we will cancel you partnership with you in the new year as this has been an ongoing matter with you and its still not solved. Very unhelpful situation. Your urgent attention regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated. Regards Inge
