My name is Alok kr Ranjan, and I made a reservation for 3 rooms at Heritage Resort in Manesar, Haryana. I tried to pay using my SBI debit card twice but was unsuccessful. Please confirm my booking for 3 rooms from December 13 to December 15, for the superior king rooms with breakfast for 6 people. I don't have a credit card. My booking ID is [redacted]65. Hello, I made a non-refundable booking through Agoda. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach the accommodation for a modification. Booking No. [redacted]71 Refund Due to Cancellation (We have previously sent this email multiple times to [redacted] but never received a response, so we are trying this route now.) We made a mistake when booking the hotel room at B&B Hotel Trieste and subsequently canceled later. The cancellation was done, as instructed by booking.com, directly with the hotel. According to the information from B&B Hotel Trieste, one night must be paid as per the contract. Agoda is responsible for refunding the remaining amount. We paid Fr. [redacted].- for 6 nights. Dear Agoda, I have booked hotel rooms with your company many times and have been satisfied until now. My recent experience at the New World Hotel with Booking number [redacted]23 was a disappointment. I have attached evidence to support my claims. During my stay, the room lacked clean bed sheets and instead had old, dirty blankets. The door did not close properly from the inside due to gaps, and there was a strong smell of smoke, including marijuana, coming into the room. Despite informing the reception multiple times, the heating issue was not resolved, and we encountered difficulties communicating with staff who appeared to be under the influence. Only one cleaning was provided despite daily requests, leading to my girlfriend developing red spots from bed bugs and unclean bedding. The hotel manager's response was unsatisfactory, prompting us to move to the Four Points by Sheraton where a photo of my credit card and passport was requested due to a fraud prevention measure. While the Four Points Sheraton was satisfactory, the overall experience marred our holiday. I hope that Agoda can address these concerns with the management of New World Hotel and improve future stays at this property. Hello, We are the owners of Loboc Cool River Resort and we are facing an issue with our Agoda listing. We are unable to log in to our Agoda account and do not know our Agoda I.D. Additionally, we need to change some dates on our listing as it incorrectly shows as sold out when it is not. I made a reservation at a property for 9/12/[redacted] to 24/12/[redacted]. Upon arrival on the 8th evening, I inquired about my check-in time for the next day, and was told it would be in the afternoon. When I returned on the 9th evening to check-in, I was informed that the property was unavailable. I contacted +91 [redacted], the owner's phone number, but to no avail. OYO could not assist with transferring my booking, so I had to arrange a new reservation at Seema Residency, incurring additional costs. Seeking a refund for my abandoned Royal Inn booking has been challenging, as OYO directed me to contact Agoda for assistance. The customer service process with Agoda is proving difficult. I am seeking a refund for my cancelled booking as I did not receive a cancellation confirmation and the payment was processed. I have another reservation through agoda at a different hotel so I do not need both. The cancellation reference number is [redacted]33. I contacted agoda customer service this morning, and they were going to inform Breakfree Acapulco Resort regarding the refund and cancellation, but I have not received any updates from agoda yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am disappointed with the Agoda review. The information provided is completely inaccurate. The property only has one staff member, and the environment is in poor condition. It is dirty, lacks maintenance, and the rooms are in bad shape. The water heater is unsafe, causing power outages. Even the bedsheets have footprints on them. It's concerning to see the air conditioning unit placed on the floor. The toilet bowl appears to have not been cleaned for months. Paying Rm231.18 for this hotel is more costly than a 4-star hotel in Bangkok. This experience has truly dampened our holiday spirits. Agoda should conduct a thorough evaluation of this hotel and reconsider recommending it to others. I have taken photos to illustrate my complaints.

I would like a refund for this booking due to the extremely unsatisfactory conditions. The room was dirty, with dusty flooring and a lack of cleanliness throughout. There were no telephone, slow draining shower, rubbish under the bed, and no available outlets for charging devices. Despite booking a deluxe room, it was much smaller than expected. After spending only an hour, I encountered unfriendly staff and overall poor service. Additionally, the receipt issued shows a lower amount than what was deducted from my account. I feel my money has been wasted and am hoping for a prompt refund.

Booking ID [redacted] was originally scheduled for 1st to 5th December but got rescheduled due to bad weather to 8th to 10th December. Upon arrival at the hotel at 9 am, we requested an early check-in, which was not acknowledged by the receptionist. Despite other guests being given the option to switch rooms, our request was ignored, leading to frustration. Eventually, after paying additional fees and tentatively booking another room for my mother-in-law, the next day turned into a hassle. Confirmation of the additional booking was mishandled, requiring me to return to the hotel during an event, disrupting my plans. Dissatisfied, we decided to check out early, seeking a refund for the remaining days. The hotel manager informed me that Agoda hadn't paid them yet and to contact Agoda for a 50% reimbursement request.

Subject: Displeased with Accommodation Experience To Whom It May Concern, I would like to address my concerns regarding my recent booking with the reference number [redacted]37 at Ohana Bukit Jalil Axiata from 7/12/[redacted] - 8/12/[redacted]. Upon check-in on 7/12, my companions and I were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the accommodation. The excessive dust throughout the house made our stay very uncomfortable. The actual condition of the house did not align with the images displayed on the Agoda website, leading us to believe there was false advertising. Among the issues we encountered, we found that one of the rooms had a non-functioning fan and lacked air conditioning. The blankets stored in the cupboard emitted a musty odor and were covered in dust. The overall moldy smell in the apartment left us feeling repulsed, prompting us to seek alternative accommodation and forgo staying the night. Although we were unable to return the keys in person on 8/12 due to prior commitments, we have since sent them back via post. The owner's claims of us leaving lights and air conditioning running are unfounded, and I kindly request an investigation into this matter. While I understand a full refund may not be possible, I urge for corrective actions to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues that we believe constitute misleading practices.

I booked a room at the Grand Paragon Hotel in Malaysia with booking ID [redacted]45. Prior to confirming the reservation and making the payment, I verified that breakfast was included. However, upon receiving the confirmation, it did not mention breakfast. I checked the Agoda app again and found that it does include breakfast.
