Dear Agoda Team, I booked a room at Sky Suites Bangkok through Agoda for one night, checking in on January 3, [redacted], and checking out on January 4. Agoda mentioned that payment wouldn't be required until January 1. I'm wondering if the payment needs to be made in advance through a Visa card. I don't have a Visa card and am unsure about the payment process. Can I pay when I arrive at the hotel instead? Also, could you clarify if the payment should be in THB or USD? Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I made a booking for my client under [redacted]36, but sadly, my client's husband, who was part of the booking, suffered a heart stroke and needs four months of bed rest per the doctor's advice. Due to this medical emergency, my client needs to cancel the trip. I am aware the booking was non-refundable, but I kindly ask for assistance from the management in this situation. I booked a one-night stay in Paris for Saturday, December 7th. Unfortunately, there are major disruptions due to the Paris Strike causing Eurostar cancellations. I contacted you on Thursday, December 5th, to cancel my hotel reservation. I am disappointed to learn that I will lose my money and incur a fee for the cancellation. It seems unfair and unreasonable as this situation is out of my control. I kindly request a refund under these circumstances.

On May 12th, [redacted], I made an online reservation for a room at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Perth, WA for December 31st, [redacted] through agoda.com. They provided me with a booking confirmation ID number: [redacted]87. Despite expecting to receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes, I did not receive anything. I paid via PayPal, but upon checking my bank account, no amount has been deducted. I kindly request an email response to address and resolve this matter and to confirm the booking. I had originally booked OYO [redacted] Theem Plaza for Nov 20 to 21 with booking ID [redacted]25. However, upon contacting the hotel, I was informed that it is undergoing renovation and my booking was canceled. I ended up booking Express Inn with booking ID [redacted]61 and was charged for both reservations. I attempted to reach customer care but the number provided was not working. I believe I should be refunded for the first booking as the cancellation was not initiated by me. Kindly address this issue. Booking ID [redacted]99 I made a reservation for one night at a hotel and provided my credit card information for payment. Unfortunately, the payment is not going through. Despite receiving a notification from Agoda, I attempted to make the payment with a different credit card, but the issue persists. Both cards are valid and have been working fine otherwise. During my stay at 3 Towers Motel in Malaysia from November 24th to 26th, I interacted with an Agouda representative and paid a [redacted] ringgit deposit. I was promised a prompt refund. Despite multiple attempts to retrieve the deposit upon checkout, there was no response initially. Later, I was informed the refund would be credited to my bank account. However, it has been a month of continuous follow-ups, with the Agouda representative offering delayed responses and inadequate updates. Recently, the representative cited complications with international transfers, which I find questionable given the nature of motel clientele. I am requesting an immediate refund and urge for improved customer service at this establishment.

I mistakenly made a hotel reservation with Booking ID # [redacted]57 for the check-in date on the 6th of December instead of the 14th of December. I kindly ask for the cancellation of the booking and a refund. Although I am aware that it is a non-refundable booking, I would appreciate your consideration due to my frequent stays. Furthermore, I wish to bring to your attention a technical issue where the check-in time was allowed to be selected as 3 am for today's date. Had this glitch not occurred, I would not have proceeded with the booking. Looking forward to a positive resolution.

I encountered technical issues while trying to book a hotel. During my initial attempt, I booked without signing into any accounts. After making the payment, the page did not refresh and displayed an error message stating, "Your session has expired, please try again," with no booking confirmation. Additionally, I did not receive any emails regarding the booking. The page redirected me to the main Agoda page. For the second attempt, my friend signed in to her account and booked the same hotel at the same time. I would like to cancel my initial booking and receive a refund if possible. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request a refund for reservation [redacted]58 at Central Park West Hostel for 5 nights from November 29th to December 4th, [redacted]. Our experience at Shanghai and Siem Reap, both booked through Agoda, was exceptional. However, upon check-in at Hai Bay Hotel in Hanoi, we were disappointed with the incredibly small and poorly designed room. The lack of space to even open a bag and the issue with the cupboard door hitting the room door make the stay uncomfortable. The hotel does not live up to the advertised renovations. I wish to cancel this booking, leave a negative review on Agoda and TripAdvisor, receive a full refund, and book another hotel through Agoda. I have several more reservations through Agoda and this experience is unacceptable. Please contact me promptly with alternative options. Thank you, Sunil.

Hi there, I made a booking with the ID: [redacted]81 for a Luxury Seaview Studio for the check-in date of 06/12/19. Unfortunately, my staff encountered an issue with the check-in process as they arrived around midnight. The hotel has been requesting a security deposit, but my staff had work obligations that led to their late check-in. I understand the importance of following the hotel's check-in time and I believe that the room should still be guaranteed regardless of the arrival time, as full payment was made during the booking. This situation should not be considered a no-show. I am curious if it would be possible to request a refund in this case.

Hello, I am from Brunei Darussalam. I recently made a booking for tomorrow, the 8th of December, just a few minutes ago. Trying to find the best price, I selected a hotel and secured my booking through the Agoda app. I mistakenly thought the payment was in Brunei Dollars (BND), but it turned out to be in USD. I used my mom's card, which has caused her to be upset, and she would like a refund. Is there a way to have the money returned to the bank account that I initially used for the booking payment? When I tried to log into Agoda, I was unsuccessful. I contacted the individual who made the booking and she confirmed its cancellation. I recently made a hotel reservation at The Shalimar Mumbai with booking reference number [redacted]73 under the name Rashmi Gautam for a stay from December 5th to December 6th.
