There are bushfires in the area where I have accommodation booked. I've been unable to reach the cabins directly, and they suggested I contact Agoda. I've been having trouble finding Agoda's phone number. I'd like to reschedule my booking for March [redacted] due to the road closures from Dolphin Point to Batemans Bay Rd. I hope to keep my booking but need to cancel for now due to the fire situation. Thank you.

I had to cancel my reservation [redacted]43 due to a serious health issue. I reached out to The Green Hotel on November 13th to inform them and help resell the room. I kindly request a refund since I notified them in advance. They requested a medical certificate, which I sent but they were unable to download. I was advised to contact Agoda for assistance. I was assured a full refund by Ms. Jutajit, the General Manager of The Green Hotel. I appreciate your understanding and assistance. Thank you. Looking forward to your prompt response. Hello, my name is Susi Marleena. I recently made a booking at the Waterfront Boutique Hotel in Port Dickson. During my first attempt to make a payment, the system encountered an error. I tried again, but unfortunately, the error persisted, resulting in two payments being deducted from my bank account. I am seeking a refund for the second booking payment. I accidentally entered my email address incorrectly as "[redacted]" instead of the correct email "[redacted]" My name and bank card number are accurate, but I did not receive the booking confirmation due to the email error. Agoda deducted RM149.82 from my account, and I am unable to cancel the booking without the reference ID. I contacted the hotel, and they confirmed my name is not registered yet. I made a booking for my aunt at Nara Hotel in Nara, Japan through Agoda. The website mistakenly listed me as the lead guest instead of my aunt. I promptly canceled the reservation due to this issue. Agoda's policy does not allow the modification of the lead guest name. Although the reservation is nonrefundable, I canceled it within a minute and made a new booking. I am concerned about whether my card has been charged for the initial booking. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the room I booked at OYO CHARU COMFORTS in [redacted] located at [redacted], Cottonpet Main Road with booking confirmation no.[redacted]21 for a stay from December 3rd until December 20th, [redacted]. The room was very sub-standard and claustrophobic, making it unbearable to stay in. When we requested a different room, our request was denied, leading us to cancel our booking and move to another hotel. I am seeking a refund of USD [redacted].40, which was promptly deducted from my Axis Bank travel card. I will be sharing my experience on travel websites to inform others about the hotel selection process. I kindly request an immediate refund and confirmation of the payment release.

My husband, T.M., made a reservation at Lesedi Cultural Village for November 30th to December 1st, [redacted]. We received an email confirming payment from your company. However, upon arrival, we were informed the place was fully booked. We attempted to cancel but were unsuccessful. We contacted your call center to report the issue, and were assured they would investigate with Lesedi Cultural Village about the booking status. I made a hotel reservation in Kottayam under the name of Venkatest Kanapuram with booking ID [redacted]97. Initially, I intended to book a room with free cancellation but later found out there's a 50% charge even for canceling two days after booking. I am disappointed with this policy and now hesitant to make future bookings through Agoda. I kindly request a full refund for my hotel booking. I was unaware of Agoda's cancellation terms and conditions, and I will be more careful with future bookings, even if there are only a few rooms left, as was the case with my previous reservation.

I arranged a booking as a gift, but my daughter can't go due to her children being unwell. I canceled the booking within 4 hours of making it, well before 30 days have passed. I am hoping for a full refund as the payment was supposed to be made at the motel upon arrival. I recently got an email saying my credit card would be charged the full amount. I had booked accommodation as a gift for my daughter on 14/12/19, around 4 am. Due to unforeseen circumstances involving my daughter's sick child, I had to cancel the booking about 4 hours later. I was not aware of the cancellation policy, specifying a 30 or 15-day notice period, until after I made the booking. Upon contacting the motel to cancel, they mentioned that charges might apply, despite the short notice. I am inquiring about receiving a refund if any funds were deducted from my account. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking four hours later due to my daughter's sick children preventing her from attending. Although I received an email confirming the cancellation, I was informed I would still be charged the full amount. Hello, I booked a double room for a romantic getaway at a hotel in Esposende, Portugal yesterday. I reserved the room for four nights from the 9th to the 13th of March, [redacted] under the name Aleksandra Kij. I have not received a confirmation email for my booking even though I provided my card details. I chose the "book now, pay later" option so the payment will be deducted from my account in January. I received a text with a booking ID, and was informed that I would receive an email within 10 minutes, but I have not received it yet.

Dear Agoda, This is my fourth email, and I have yet to receive any assistance or response regarding my booking request. I am still waiting for my booking to be changed and amended. I reserved a prime executive room for two days at Park Prime Kolkata. Unfortunately, the room I received does not have a refrigerator or a recliner sofa, which I believe are essential amenities in a hotel room. Good evening, My reservation ID is # [redacted]90 at Sama Sama Express Hotel Klia 2 for check-in on December 3, [redacted]. Upon arrival, I encountered an issue because the hotel is located within the airport and access was only permitted after airline check-in and baggage drop, which only opens two hours before the flight. Given that our flight was at 3:00 pm on the following day, it was not feasible for us to enter the hotel. Due to this situation and having a child with me, I had to find alternative accommodation.
