Booking ID: [redacted]05 I am looking to change the dates of my reservation and have not yet received a response or acknowledgment from Agoda or the property. I have tried messaging them through their app multiple times with no reply. This is quite concerning as I have arranged this booking for my daughter and husband's honeymoon. Although I haven't encountered issues with Agoda in the past, this year I have faced difficulties with the properties I booked in terms of confirmation upon check-in. It is crucial for me to have confirmation that my amended dates for Z NYC Hotel in Manhattan, with check-in on December 30, [redacted], and check-out on January 02, [redacted], have been received, with no changes in the original nightly price. I have a complaint regarding my recent bookings on Agoda. While making two bookings in Sri Lanka, I specified two adults and one 9-year-old child at the beginning of the process. The website clearly stated that children below 12 years old are considered as children. However, after completing the booking and payment, the confirmation stated only 2 adults and the child was no longer mentioned. This inconsistency is frustrating as other booking websites keep the child included in the booking details. This could potentially lead to issues upon arrival at the hotel, where additional charges may be requested for the child. It is misleading and inconvenient, making the booking process less straightforward.

Hello! I am writing about my hotel reservation from Dec. 2-6, [redacted] at Eurotel North Edsa made through Agoda with booking ID [redacted]52. There is a strong typhoon scheduled to arrive in our province on Dec 2, which may result in the cancellation of my flight from Virac to Manila via Cebu Pacific. This could cause us to miss our confirmed reservation at Eurotel North Edsa from Dec. 2-6, [redacted]. I am requesting a refund or possibly rescheduling of my booking due to the potential flight cancellation caused by Typhoon Kammuri hitting our province on Dec. 2. I made a booking with Agoda for Nov 30, [redacted], Saturday at Tagaytay Prime Residence managed by Mr. William Dimapilis. After paying with my credit card, there was no refund policy. Upon reaching the unit, Mr. Dimapilis informed us that there were no available units and was confused why Agoda was still allowing bookings. We are seeking assistance on how to get a refund since we did not receive any accommodation. Thank you.

We recently discovered that we left 2 boxes of Ishiya chocolate in the room fridge. Is there a way to retrieve them? Perhaps by checking with the cleaning staff. We intended to give these chocolates to our loved ones. We attempted to email [redacted], but we have not received a response.

The hotel unexpectedly refused my room, claiming they were full due to a group booking not listed with Agoda. Despite my confirmed booking, they asked me to leave. I had to find another hotel at a higher cost. A security guard was even called to escort me out when I tried to explain my situation. The hotel advised me to contact Agoda as they had canceled all bookings due to the group's arrival. I respectfully request a refund for my unused booking as the hotel canceled it on short notice.

Hello, I made a booking on 1.12.[redacted] and paid for it. When I arrived at the location, I discovered that the Queen Inn Hotel in RAK, United Arab Emirates, was closed and locked. I traveled with my family from Fujairah, around [redacted] km away, after booking through Agoda, only to find the hotel closed. I kindly request a refund of my money directly. Good afternoon, yesterday I made a reservation for London, United Kingdom, at Leonard Court, with check-in on March 27, [redacted], and check-out on March 30, [redacted]. Reservation ID: [redacted]46. I initially booked for four adults, but the confirmation I received shows it's only for two adult passengers. I would like to revert back to the original request for an apartment for FOUR ADULTS. I am looking forward to instructions on how to resolve this issue. Thank you very much.

The credit card provided during booking could not be processed by The Frangipani Living Arts Hotel and Spa. Use the button below to go to the payment page to provide another card. Your reservation at The Frangipani Living Arts Hotel and Spa will remain active for another 24 hours. If a valid card is not provided within that time, the booking will be cancelled and you will receive a cancellation email. The property may charge your card in the case of a no-show, late cancellation, or prepayment as agreed in the booking conditions. I couldn't provide a card within the given period. It says, "Your reservation at The Frangipani Living Arts Hotel and Spa will remain active for another 24 hours. If a valid card is not provided within that time, the booking will be cancelled and you will receive a cancellation email." I couldn't provide a card within the time. I tried canceling, but my app won't budge. So, because it says it 'will be cancelled,' I left it as is. Today, my card was charged. Please help me with this. Thank you.

Hello, this is Mr. Low. In early August, my family booked a room at L'Nina Hotel in Hong Kong through the Agoda app. Due to the current uncertain situation and safety concerns, we had to cancel our trip. The government has also issued travel warnings advising against unnecessary travel to Hong Kong. I contacted the hotel management and received an email today stating that they have agreed to waive the charges and provide a refund. They requested that we contact and inform the Agoda agent. Please assist us in processing the refund. Thank you for your help.

I reserved a room at an Oyo hotel in Hissar, Haryana, India through Agoda (Booking Ref No. [redacted]47) and paid for a 2-day stay. However, upon arrival, the hotel refused to accept the online payment and insisted on cash. Thankfully, OYO has approved a full refund of my payment. I urge Agoda to expedite the refund process. It is disappointing that these payment issues occurred, and the quality of the hotel was below standard. This has been a regrettable first encounter with an Agoda booking.

On November 15, [redacted], I visited Agoda to book a stay in Port Blair. I made a reservation at a hotel pending confirmation from the vendor and provided my credit card details for future payment. Despite not receiving any confirmation from Agoda or the hotel owners, my credit card ending in [redacted] was charged Rs. [redacted] on November 11, [redacted]. I have not received any booking information for my stay from Agoda or any other party. Please refund the amount of Rs. [redacted] to my credit card as I was charged incorrectly without a confirmed booking.

Booking ID: [redacted]45 I arranged a booking in Pattaya, Thailand through Agoda for my wife but mistakenly used my name. The hotel, Joyel, refused to let her use the booking even though she had a copy of my passport. She contacted Agoda, who assured her they would address the issue. I then rebooked the accommodation in her name with Booking ID: [redacted]08. She was present at the hotel, and Agoda agreed to refund the initial booking. I want to express my frustration regarding my booking in Cape Town on 23/24 November with booking number [redacted]9. I was left stranded at the venue after being dropped off by Uber and not being allowed into the premises I had booked. After multiple attempts to contact the property, they initially claimed they had no record of my booking but later informed me that they had organized an alternate venue in Downtown. I had to spend an additional R160 on another Uber to reach the new venue, which was far from the Airport and not in a location I would have chosen. This experience marks my first disappointment with Agoda bookings.

I have an AGODA booking ID [redacted]21 for Ravi Krishna OYO Hotel in Pondicherry, India. Upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no reservation despite me showing them my booking confirmation. Eventually, they mentioned a problem with the hotel and moved my booking to Royal Hotel, which was then cancelled as well. After some back and forth, I was placed in The Ushama Heritage Guest House. Unfortunately, the room was dirty with blood on the sheets and rat excrement present. I am a 77-year-old traveler and this experience was unacceptable. I am checking out early even though I have paid until 10/12. I have photographic evidence of the conditions. Please refund the amount I paid to AGODA. Thank you. - William M.

I stayed at the Heritage Hotel Manila from January 8th to 10th, [redacted]. Despite booking through Agoda, the hotel has yet to charge my credit card or provide a receipt for payment. This contrasts with my previous bookings on December 21st to 22nd and December 22nd to 24th where Agoda handled everything smoothly. I contacted Agoda's chat support, but the conversation was abruptly ended without a solution, only suggesting that I reach out to the Heritage Hotel. I need this payment and receipt issue resolved promptly. I booked through Agoda, provided my credit card information, and now I need the receipt. It's frustrating that the chat support keeps cutting off the chat. Please address this issue promptly.

Hello, I booked the APA Hotel Shinjuku Gyemmae through Agoda for December 3-5, [redacted]. The Agoda booking ID is [redacted]57. Unfortunately, our flight from Manila to Tokyo on December 3 was cancelled due to Typhoon Kammuri. Our airline rescheduled our flight to December 4. We are hoping to adjust our room reservation to December 4-6. Despite our attempts to contact Agoda, we have not received a response. I made a room reservation on November 25, but I haven't received a confirmation booking number yet. The message stated that no charges would be made to my credit card until December 2. I booked a stay at Park Inn Radisson in North Edsa, Philippines, with check-in on December 6 and check-out on December 8. I would like to confirm if my booking has been finalized.

Subject: Adjusting Agoda Booking for Charter House Hotel, Manila Philippines I've been attempting to contact customer care since yesterday, but unfortunately, I haven't received the assistance I require. I would like to adjust my reservation at the Charter House Hotel. Due to a canceled flight on Dec 2 because of Typhoon Tisoy, I now plan to arrive on Dec 4 instead. As a result, I would like to cancel my initial Dec 2 and 3 bookings. I kindly ask if it's possible to modify my reservation accordingly, so I won't incur charges for these two nights. Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with a booking at Lakeview Suites in Tagaytay, Philippines. A friend made the reservation and paid through an online bank transfer. While the bank confirmed the successful transfer, our booking status indicates it was canceled. Despite contacting the resort, they have no record of our booking. We are concerned as the payment was deducted from my friend's bank account. Could you please look into this matter for us?
