I made a booking a month ago to stay at High Rise *** Londsale St, Melbourne Vic Australia through your Company, I made my payment yesterday and today was notified that it had been cancelled. When I rang the Hotel they advised the room had been double booked. I received had previously received confirmation that I had a * bedroom apartment for * adults for* night on **Nov ****. We are flying in from another State and I desperately need the same type of accommodation at similar price in similar area. I do not understand how I can receive confirmation and then have it cancelled? Are you able to help me please
