hi I would like to CANCEL my BOOKING I HAVE TRIED IN VEIN FOR * WEEKS I EVEN CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD AND THE SAID YOU WERE GOING TO CONTACT ME I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE. I even phoned ibis and they gave me a number which was of no use as the girl took my details booking no but nothing just hung up on me I do have proof of the date I first contacted u as visa also have it in writing I HAVE SKIN CANCER AND HAVING TREATMENT AND NOT TO TRAVEL I HAVE A DR CERT. my name is Robyn Kachel booking no ********* ibis * smith st mascot booked for the ** Oct **** property no ************ I do know that standed room accomadation is booked out there for would be easy to re book . I would like a refund on my card . Would you please organise this as I have tried every thing to no avail . PLEASE help me THANK YOU ROBYN
