Booking Confirmation for Booking ID * ********* Check-in October **, *****Good afternoon**Please take time to read what happened yesterday with regard to my booking.**Around *:**PM yesterday, I was checking the rates in the agoda for my future booking. I usually checked in to Goldland Millenia since last year. However, upon checking the rates, i accidentally slide the booking option and since my debit card is registered to Agoda, it was successfully confirmed. Right after, I called agoda and told the what happened. Melody was the one who assisted me.**Below are the conversations we had:***. After I told her what happened, she right away told me "since your reasom is valid, definitely ma'am I can assist you and will request for the cancellation"***. I asked, "are you sure?" She answered, "yes,ma'am. I have the same cases po na they were not able to come because of the typhoon, and your reason is valid so definitely marerefund"***. I asked told her, "even if in the agoda it said that my booking is non refundable?" She said, "yes,ma'am". I told her, "sure ka? Kasi ngayon na yang booking na yan" she said, "no worries ma'am i will send an email to the property". I asked her "how much is the cancellation fee?, she said, full amount will be refunded to your account" ***. I even asked her if she is sure that it will be refunded, she said "yes maam, i will update you, what do you want, call or email?" I said, please call me back. She gave me ** hrs to ** hrs of waiting amd then this mornig, i received an email from you and from.agoda that i am no show.***. She also said "we will make the cancellation"***. I even give the Goldland contact number since she told me that she cannot cintact the reception.***. If only she told me that the refund is still not sure and cancellation is not allowed, i will sure to stay last night to Goldland Millenia than waste my money.**Today, I called agoda to do follow up. I talked to Ruby(im not sure if i remembered it right)**She told me that the booking is non refundable and they checked the recording and Melody did not assure me of the refund. What a lie!**Before our conversation end, she told.me that Melody will call me back but until.now she did not.**Can you please help me with this? I am your client since last year, and also a VIP in agoda. I am not kying, i should have stayed in millenia if only Melody told me that no refund will be made and cancellation is not possible.**Thank you
