The issue in GetHuman-joyceliu's own words
I booked * night stay for family of * in Atlantis residence @iconstay Melaka **-** Oct **** (booking ID *********). After we collected the key from the letter box on ** oct, we realised the * rooms were allocated in different block (* room at Blk B **-**, the other at Blk C **-*). From Blk B to Bk c need to walk through a car park with *-** min walking). When we enter the room c**-*, there was strong smell of cigarette. Both rooms were no Wifi access, no signal for TV. Tried to contact the person who sent me the SMS in regards of the room arrangement. No respond to call, no reply of Whatapp. End up all of us squeezing in Blk b **-**. Putting us in * different Blk was very inconsiderate. They failed providing the promised internet access. We definitely would not book the room If we know there was no wifi access. On the following day I SMS the contacting person and ask for refund since he could not get the room from the same Blk. Than the guy gave me the contact number of Agoda, ask me to contact Agoda and ask for refund. I am here requesting for refund of * room for * night charges, please review and get back to us ASAP.
