We had a terminally ill uncle and called the Gateway Canyon Resorts to cancel our stay. My wifes uncle ended up passing away. They canceled our stay (booked through Agoda) and said there was no charge as it was outside their cancelation policy window. We had our private helicopter rides and spa reservations canceled as well (booked directly with the resort). I received an alert on Tuesday ** JUL that my card was going to be charged from Agoda for $***.** but had just traveled for the funeral and thought it must be the hotel and rental car as it was only $* off. It turns out I was about to be charged for a room that we had canceled because of the funeral. Please have your customer service contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve. ***-***-**** *****@***.com
