I am requesting refund. Who should I liaise with? Agoda or hotel? ... Hi, I have accidentally make a duplicate booking today. Booking reference ********* and *********,and I have cancelled *********,however the policy is not allowed for refund. My reasons are the payment is too fast, and there is no immediate notification to confirm booking is successful, hence I am resubmit my *nd booking, and I only realized when I received my credit card, there were * transactions been charged. Even during my *nd booking, there was notification said duplicate book on the same day, but I thought it was my earlier booking on *rd August (booking number *********) which is also same check in date as above booking number, please consider my request for refund. Thank-you.
