The booking is under the name of Alina Perol with booking ID ***********In the room amenities under the hotel room STANDARD GARDEN VIEW, which I have booked, there is a bathtub included within the room. With this reason, I booked it. However, when I verified it with Misibis Bay, apparently, in this room, there is no bathtub. All their rooms have buthtubs except the one that I have booked.**I wish to upgrade instead to DELUXE GARDEN VIEW but I cannot even see that type of room in the options. I booked under no refund, modification, or amemdment whatsoever so now I cannot even upgrade to the room that I like. With this reason, I want a full refund of my booking which i paid thru my debit card. It is not my mistake that the ammenities that you listed are wrong.**I hope to hear from you.
