We stayed at the Maldron hotel Limerick for * nights. The room was dirty, Toe Nail clippings side of the bed. Food, sweets, dust & dirt under the bed. Table full of dust. **hrs of banging above our room. Sink had many cracks it was brown,towels were old & grey. Couldnt move us as hotel was full. Never vac the room when i complained. I livid that you say we should of taken photos & its past the date should of phoned. We was not to know this. Now you want to sweep my compliant under the carpet along with food, sweets, dust & dirt at the Maldron! I saved for this trip as it was to pay respects to my parents ** year death anniversary. Which we had a lot to do with family gathering. We asked to be moved but they couldt as the hotel was full. I phoned other hotels they were full due to the great Marathon in Limerick. This statement ive made is true! And you chose not to help me with any sort of compensation? I will go on ever site to name & shame Agoda & Maldron!
