Booking ID: [redacted]09 I made a reservation on 13th April for a triple room at Rambler Garden Hotel in HK for Mr. A. Liong for 1 night (check-in 25/5, check-out 26/5/19) using my credit card. On 6th May, I received emails from both Rambler Garden Hotel and Agoda requesting a change of the cardholder name from myself to Mr. A. Liong, as third-party credit cards are not accepted by the hotel. Following instructions, I visited the Secure Payment Page and updated the cardholder name to A. Liong with all the necessary information. I later received a booking confirmation from Agoda, but upon checking "Manage My Booking," I noticed the cardholder name still shows as F. Chandra and not as A. Liong as requested. I would appreciate your guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue.

I am writing in regard to Booking ID [redacted]01 (OYO [redacted] Hotel Ranthambore Resort). Upon arriving at the hotel, despite having a confirmed booking, we were informed that they do not accommodate OYO customers. Despite confirming the booking with the hotel and OYO prior to arrival, we were asked to pay for the room at the hotel. Due to the urgency of the situation, we had to pay INR [redacted] for the room. This is a recurring issue with OYO where hotels listed do not honor online OYO bookings due to non-payment. I urge for a refund of the INR [redacted] paid for the room and a comprehensive review of OYO's inventory, particularly the hotels not owned by OYO. I booked through Booking.com with a 15% Genius discount. Surprisingly, my confirmation came through Agoda, which doesn't allow changes. My travel plans are unpredictable, and I might need to adjust arrival or departure times. I'm concerned about losing the payment. Can I switch to a rate that permits changes, even if it means paying an upgrade fee? If not, I can provide final check-in dates by May 12. Thanks, Lisa.

Hello, I'm Satish B. from India, and I booked 3 rooms at OYO [redacted] Ankur Plaza in Nainital, Uttarakhand for [redacted] INR on 05/04/[redacted]. I faced issues at check-in despite my online payment. Agoda's customer service was unresponsive, so I contacted OYO for assistance. They confirmed a refund since the property couldn't accommodate us. I made a booking for a one-bedroom house at White House Mansions on April 15. Upon arrival, I discovered the property was fully occupied by a group who had leased the entire site after my booking. Unable to contact the owner prior to my arrival and left stranded in a foreign country, I had to seek help from a local taxi driver to obtain the owner's contact information. The owner was dismissive and rude when I explained the situation, offering me an immediate alternative with no time to consider. Due to being unwell from a serious illness and exhausted from travel, I reluctantly accepted the subpar accommodation with poor amenities, at a higher cost than my original booking. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as the property did not meet the standards advertised on Agoda's website. I am requesting Agoda to refund the cost of the original booking as credit for future stays and I plan to share my negative experience with this property extensively.

Hello, I have recently reserved a room through Agoda for my upcoming trip next month to Patong, Phuket. I noticed that Agoda listed a Kids Club as one of the hotel's amenities. However, after contacting the hotel directly to confirm, I was informed that they do not have a Kids Club on-site. This feature is important to me as I will be traveling with children. The booking ID for this reservation is [redacted]77 at Palmyra Patong Resort, which Agoda has classified as a Four-star property. I have already made the payment for this booking. Regarding my Agoda booking ([redacted]33), I want to report that upon arrival at the location, the host denied our accommodation. Exhausted, we ended up staying at Wayanad Blooms for one night with limited facilities and poor service. The manager was unprofessional and disrespectful in our interactions. Despite providing my email and phone number during booking, neither Agoda nor the hotel informed me of these changes before my arrival. I would like a refund of the booking amount paid. During our recent 3-night stay at the Maldron Hotel Limerick, we encountered several cleanliness issues in our room. There were toe nail clippings beside the bed, food scraps, sweets, dust, and dirt under the bed, as well as a dusty table. Constant banging noise from above our room lasted for 24 hours. The sink had multiple cracks, making it appear brown, and the towels provided were old and grey. Despite our complaints, the room was not properly vacuumed during our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel was at full capacity and couldn't accommodate a room change. We were shocked to be informed that we should have taken photos of the issues promptly and reported them as now it's past the deadline for complaints. This stay was special to us as we were in Limerick to commemorate the 21st anniversary of my parents' passing, with a family gathering planned. Despite reaching out for help, there was no compensation offered, and we felt like our concerns were being disregarded. It's disheartening that our experience was dismissed, especially during such an important occasion for us.

I made a room reservation on April 27th through Agoda and paid for it. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they said there were no rooms available for the price I booked. I tried to contact Agoda's customer service, but the number was invalid, so I couldn't resolve the issue. I have already emailed Agoda about this problem, but I haven't received a proper response yet. I am looking for a clear resolution to this matter – either change my booking to another date with the same payment or cancel my booking and refund the payment promptly. Agoda has not responded adequately to my concerns, and I consider this a serious issue that needs attention.

I am leaving for Japan and trying to access instant credit, but I am having trouble with my password. I can't seem to change it or get through. I also can't contact anyone regarding my reservation at Hotel Okura Kobe from May 18 to 21 as the last four digits provided are not working. I made a booking with Agoda on March 14, [redacted], for Acaliraya Ecoville Recreation Farm. Unfortunately, on April 27, [redacted], RBC notified me that the booking was declined due to an error with the credit card number entered. I corrected the credit card number on April 28, [redacted], but Agoda did not confirm the booking. Consequently, I made another booking for April 30 to May 2, [redacted], which was successfully confirmed by Agoda with Confirmation ID number [redacted]21. Upon contacting the hotel, Caliraya receptionist informed me that the initial booking was already reserved and advised me to cancel booking ID number [redacted]21, which I did. However, on May 3, when I checked with RCBC bank, I discovered a charge of 15,[redacted]. I realized the last Agoda booking was not canceled. After contacting Agoda, Ms. Jasmine from Agoda Customer Service informed me that a special gift was on its way due to the inconvenience. Despite the prompt response, I have some queries.

Dear Sir, I would like to address the issues I encountered during my recent stay at Hotel Odest Al Madinah in Saudi Arabia, booked through your website with Ref. No. Agoda [redacted]39 under the name of Syed Mohd. Yusuf. 1. The room provided was a cramped five bed setup with no space to move between the beds. 2. There was no room service available. 3. The senior hotel manager's behavior was unprofessional and rude. 4. The lack of amenities such as an electric kettle, housekeeping, or toiletries was disappointing. The room was not cleaned during our four-day stay. 5. The washroom was in a poor condition, with a broken wash basin stand. 6. The air conditioner in the room was faulty, and our complaints were not addressed by the reception or senior manager. 7. The total bill for our stay was SR 1,[redacted].20 or INR 26,[redacted], but we were charged INR 31,[redacted].84, an excessive amount of INR 5,[redacted].84. 8. I am reaching out to address the unresolved issue with a disputed charge and the lack of action taken despite multiple conversations. Various incorrect reasons were given, such as the claim that one booking was canceled while the other was not, despite my confirmation with customer care that there were no bookings under my name or login ID. I never received any booking confirmation via the website, mobile SMS, or email, yet my card was charged. I am now considering legal action due to the continuous false statements. Details of the Disputed Charge: - Date: March 15, [redacted] - Charged By: Agoda Hotel Reservation London - Amount: USD [redacted].90 (INR 16,[redacted].28) - Dispute Reason: Booking was never confirmed and auto-canceled - AGODA Reference Booking ID: [redacted] Recent Update: According to AGODA, the charge has been processed for reversal, but my card issuer, AMEX, states that the reversal has not been completed, as it is still in the pre-authorization stage. I request AGODA to promptly reverse the charge along with any accrued interest, as a mere pre-authorization reversal will not be legally sufficient.

Subject: Re: Booking ID [redacted]62 Hello, I made a reservation on 2/16/[redacted] through Trivago for the Budget Host Deluxe Inn (now called Azzure) in Fredricksburg, TX. According to Trivago, this was listed as a 3-star accommodation. However, upon arrival on 5/2/[redacted], I was shocked to find the room to be unsanitary and poorly maintained, with issues like dirty walls, stained carpets, and mold in the shower. The condition of the room was unacceptable and not at all reflective of a 3-star rating. I have photos as evidence of the room's state. I requested a refund from the hotel but was directed to contact Agoda for this matter. I am now demanding a full refund to be processed immediately back to my credit card.
