Booking ID - **********Booking Ref - *********Member ID - **********I night booking at Hyatt Regency Perth in a suite room.**We arrived at Hyatt Perth extremely excitied to stay in our beautiful suite room as the pictures on your website looked really nice. *We were absolutely disgusted when we entered our room. It was horrible. It was old, the carpets were stained and the room was dark and depressing and looked out into a concrete jungle, horrible view. *My partner had booked this as a surprise for my birthday and was planning a proposal. He was so embarrassed as soon as we walked into the room he know he couldnt do it there. It completely ruined his lovely plans.*We checked out within half an hour of checking in and booked into another hotel. *A full refund or credit would be appreciated as it was complete false advertising of the rooms in this hotel on your site. Absolutely horrible.*Look forward to hearing back asap.*Thanks*Bonnie
