I booked on the ** th March for accommodation at Gateway in Geelong for the night of **rd March via your website - the booking was messed up and done for the ** th instead of the ** rd and I have paid the $*** for a booking I was not able to fulfil- I have spoken to Paul the owner of Gateway who would like you to reimburse me for the $*** - he said you can contact him to confirm the same - he does not want to take my money - please proceed as Paul has recommended - your booking site is slightly confusing compared to others - with thanks Rose
