Hi Customer Service Officer,**I just placed the below booking, immediately realized there's something wrong with the dates. I called the hotel to confirm if they had received the booking, was told that they had not. I live in Toronto, Canada. Tried a couple times to call you at the toll free number but failed. As a long term Agoda client, would you please look into my situation, see if you could help me cancel the booking? Even if I will not be able to get the money back, it is perfectly fine to get Agoda credits back in my account.
