hello..i already making reservation at agoda last few month ago..and i should stay at the property i book on *.*.**** until *.*.****..but i have to cancel the reservation i made because there are issue or problem happen about my trip..i already cancel the reservation and not knowing about the cancellation fee that i will be charged RM***.**..how to avoid the charged of cancellation fee..please help me
