Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID
The issue in GetHuman-jayasuta's own words
I checked the booking and found * of them for the same place and date. The booking ID ********* was made first and was not through due to the unstable of internet signal so it is processing without my notice. Until I made a booking of the ID ********* which was completed and paid. This one is confirmed to me. I therefore want to cancel the processing booking ID ********* which has not yet completed. Please get back to me if it is done. I also want to know why there is no discount from paying the booking via KTC credit card.
GetHuman-jayasuta did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
