Hi Im Franklin Pegie, my ID booking is ********* and I have already cancel my booking for full refund. However, I am unable to reach agoda for the refund amount. My refund amount is rm***.**. Agoda have email me about refund through Agoda cash, through debit and bank transfer. I am interested with refund through Agoda cash but Agoda did not provide me on how to get Agoda cash. I have already email them about the matter and called for several times but unreachable. Help me to solve this problem because I need to make another booking for that money as my travel date is around the corner. Thank you.
