Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-harquail a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-harquail may need:
Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID

Hello, *A couple days ago we made a reservation with booking.com and only saw after we had pressed pay that it was a basic booking, meaning they would be using a third party ( Your company). I have been at this for days, just trying to do a simple date change or cancellation. I understand what the Basic booking means, what i dont understand is how it wasn't visible to me before booking it that there would be no amendments. This was a mistake found within seconds of booking. I do not have a booking ID for AGoda, but the hotel I booked with says you are the only ones that can help. *I want to cancel my booking. Right now. *I am tired of being ran in circles. *I am upset at the customer care Agoda and Booking.com has (not) given. *PLease have someone contact me immiedately.
