I booked a hotel in Newcastle-upon-tyne for two nights for the **th and **th May next inclusive. I do not appear to have received a confirmation e-mail from Agoda and am not sure of what was booked. I have lost all my e-mails as my phone is not working properly. I do not want to rebook somewhere else and was wondering if you could please check what I did book and the cost of same. I am sure that I booked two rooms but again am not sure as it was some time ago probably August or September last when it was booked. Can you please help me as I do not want to be charged and do not want to hold the rooms if I am not using them.
