The issue in GetHuman-cmmedapp's own words
I booked a Hotel in Phnom Penh * ********* from January ** to February **., with explicit expression that I would be paying at the hotel. My Credit guarantee did not go through and finally I gave another Card *, which was OK. I am very dissatisfied with the condition of the room - no good usable furniture, no table for me to work on laptop, Even on the first booking, it says "Book now and pay later". Now my hands are tied and the Hotel says that my rent has already been paid. What incentives they have to satisfy me??? Can I get pout of this contract i staying * or * days? I am very unhappy.
