i made an error in booking on ** jan **. i booked a New york hotel in Johre Bahru for the wrong date,** Jan **. instead of ** Jan **. Your custom service officer helped me to cancel my booking at New York Hotel. I re-booked another baguss Hotel at jb with AGODA again. I received a message to say that mony has been refunded into my credit card. However I am receiving notifications to use my mony in agoda again. Please confirm if u have refunded my mony to my credit card as i have already booked the *nd hotel with agoda. i do not have any travel plans for the moment. hp ********
