Good afternoon,****My name is Alexander. **For the last * days, yes i repeat * days, i have been trying to contact you either on PHONE or E-MAIL. I managed to get trough to someone * days ago on the phone, waiting almost ** minutes on the line. How lucky am i ? I explained the issue our hotel is having with your "brilliant" service, the lady on the phone didn't know anything, so she said she will pass this to the Finance and the will give us a call in the next **h... well it has been **h and NO E-MAIL OR PHONE CALL. I am starting to get very annoyed with your way of dealing with customer service*hotel hotline*payment methods etc. Of this issue isn't resolved in the next *h, I will personally do my best to contact your head office and let them know about this "situation" that we are having, THAT we shouldn't have.**Virtual card is INVALID FOR BOOKING, WITH INVALID INFO AND INVALID AMOUNT FOR THE PAYMENT. CARD IS NOT EVEN CHARGEABLE. As a hotel, we want to collect the payment of £**.** for the reservation number: *********, property ID: ******. **Please send an e-mail back that you have received this e-mail, also send an e-mail that you will deal with this issue in the next *h and also I want to receive a call today at: ***********, so i know someone is going to handle it as they are suppose to. Please take this e-mail serious.***P.S. (UPDATE)**If we do not find a solution to this problem we will charge the guest card provided on check in, as a pre-auth. and then the guest will have to deal with the problem and also, i have been advised by my duty manager that any reservations coming through from yourself "AGODA" will be cancelled by our end and no guests will be able to stay with us trough your service. ****P.S. This email was sent yesterday in the morning. STILL NO REPLY !!! We have started canceling booking with agoda, so no guest will be able to stay with us through your services, until you reply to us and help us with the issue.
