Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-mprabu_ a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-mprabu_ may need:
Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID

I BOOKED MY ROOM THRU PRICELINE ON *TH JAN ****. WITHIN FEW SECONDS ON MY BOOKING, BY MISTAKE I TOUCH THE CANCELLATION BAR, MY BOOKING GOT CANCELLED. THAN I CALLED PRICELINE, THEY SAID MY BOOKING ROUTED THRU AGODA. THAN I CALLED HOTEL GRAND CENTRAL SINGAPORE. THEY SAID DID NOT RECIEVED ANY BOOKING IN NAME. THAN I SEND A MAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE AGODA AND SOOO MANY MAILS, NO REPLY CALL CENTRE NO NOT REACHABLE. I WANT MY BOOKING BACK CONFIRMED. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IM NOT ROBOT.
GetHuman-mprabu_ did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
