My original booking for reservation********** was done on NOV.*. for the Hyatt Place Midtown South. In the interim my wife's mother was having surgery for knee replacement. Since we are her primary caregivers unfortunately we had to cancel our Jet Blue flight and Agoda Hotel booking from Jan **-***iris from Agoda requested medical documentation which I vigilantly tried to send to them. Somehow it wasn't getting received even though I tried several times. I let it go because I was pursuing other channels and directions .Now I'm picking up where I left off with Agoda. I need You to accommodate us with this issue. If You could issue a credit or even compensate for another booking in the amount of $*** we would greatly appreciate it
