They misbooked my reservation and say my reservation I held for * minutes until I saw the error is non-refundable....$***... ... I have contacted Visa Dispute Department at ***-***-**** and have forwarded all the e-mails and confirmations from the *Property in Krabi. The first confirmation clearly shows my daughter was not included in the reservation even though I *Booked * adults and * child. I cancelled that reservation when the confirmation arrived minutes late to book again to include *My daughter. The price went from $***.** to almost $**** for including my daughter. I then cancelled that reservation as well*And am trying to deal directly with the property. I received a cancellation notice from agoda (See picture) which clearly shows there is no penalty for cancellation. I cancelled ** days before the arrival only minutes after the booking was made when I saw the confirmation was for * and did not include my daughter. Every time I tried to reach Agoda I was told they were having technical difficulties and when I tried to reach their **** HELP LINE, once I gave the reservation number and the last * digits of my credit card, I was advised that....your reservation has been cancelled! I was never given an option of speaking with an Agoda agent as advertised was available to me ****! . Please contact me as soon as possible so that I may know what actions you have taken in my case. I have airlines already booked and paid for for February **, returning February **. I want a full refund!
You can’t talk to anyone! Once you call and give reservation number and last * digits of card used....they say: this reservation has been cancelled! Thanks for calling Agoda!
Obviously a mistake was made. The reservation was not until the ** of February....it was booked for * minutes on January *th and cancelled as soon as the confirmation came in with my daughter missing from the reservation
Have gone to Visa Dispute Department in Toronto but I must wait until the **th of January to see if the funds have been returned to my Visa.
