I made a booking for The Hilton Hotel in Pataya. This was a double booking mistake. *The Hilton reception staff spoke to Adoda on Friday the **st December and were told that * days would be taken by Agoda and the rest of the ** days would be refunded. *This has not occurred yet and I would like confirmation as to where the request for the refund is currently at. *On your Facs site you state the money will be deposited from your bank immediately but that other banks may take up to ** days. *Can you verify that you have transferred the money to my bank. *If you have any questions can you please email me or call on ****** *******Regards Richard Corbett-Jones
