Good morning,**We had two issues this week regarding credit cards not authorizing at checkin. We called on both occurrences and were able to resolve both accounts. The problem lies in the rate being set, and Agoda only allowing an authorized amount for room charge before tax. So when we attempted the full amount, the card was declined. Thank you for the follow-up message, and have a good weekend.
