Hello*I am contacting you from Crowne Plaza Hotel, Manchester Airport, UK.*On **st December **** we had a guest booked in by yourselves by the name of Margaret Kavanagh reference *******. Unfortunately, at the time of check-in, one of our trainee receptionists deleted the credit card details you provided for payment. *Accordingly, we have been unable to charge you for this stay and should be obliged if you would supply new payment details to assist us.
