I have emailed your customer service two or three times asking to check if I have a booking for Khali Estate Binsar (March **-**). At present Khali Estate says I am double booked and booking.com said the second (unwanted) booking is an Agoda booking. However I cannot find any email confirmation or booking reference on the Agoda app under my name. **I have NOT had any response from your “customer service”. I have a written note in my **** diary with a booking reference I*D *********. Can you PLEASE check if this is still current and cancel ASAP? **I do NOT want to pay for a booking I no longer require.**I called your number and the recording confirmed I have a booking under that number but I cannot speak to a person there to request cancellation. I have requested a copy of the hotel voucher to be sent by email. That was around four hours ago and it has still not come through.**I am unable on your App or website to cancel a booking which does not appear under my name and login. Please help this is SO frustrating. **Please confirm whether or not have a booking for Khali Estate (*********) and if this booking does exist I need to cancel it ASAP. If it does not exist then my apologies for this inconvenience but I just need someone to get back to me.
