I booked thru Agoda one (*) night stay at Vitalis Villas in Santiago Ilocos Sur, Philippines using my BDO Credit card for my payment. You have not sent my Booking Confirmation so I booked directly to the Vitalis Villas customer services. I personally paid cash upon our arrival there on November **, ****. However, on October **, ****, my credit card was charged the amount of P**,***.** representing my booking from Agoda which was not perfected*consumated. Please make the necessary refund because I did not use your booking because of your non-confirmation. Thank you......MR REGINALDO G.
