Hi, I've successfully cancelled my booking with the cancellation booking ref: Cancelled Booking ********* Check-in December **, ****. I was able to cancel it on December *, **** and got a confirmation email. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't received my refund. I sent an email to your customer service and haven't received a responce. Please, can someone get back to me and give me an update?
