Dear Agoda Team.*There was an unauthorised transaction with Agoda Mobile App.*I was viewing the price for mauritius property with Agoda Mobile App.*As my card details were saved the amount was automatically debited without receiving an OTP on my mobile.**Booking ID:**********Amount debited: ******.** Rs.**Immdidiately as I understood the card details were saved I delink the card details from Agoda app as well as I have blocked my card.**Absolutely there was no intent to book the hotel. This was really surprised such a big amount debited without my consent.**I am not getting any call or any response on my query raised to Agoda Team.**Immdiately I written to Hilton mauritius team also for the refund they said it is third party transaction so need to take refund from merchant.
