The issue in GetHuman-danicash's own words
Reverse the charge from my credit card ... Dear Agoda Customer Service,**BOOKING ID: ***********I'd like to request for a payment REVERSED to my recent booking (December **-**, ****) at Birdland Resort in Bolinao Pangasinan for the following reasons:***. The resort is not FAMILY FRIENDLY and is dangerous to my senior citizen and child companion. We are a family of * during the time of our visit.***. The pool is not hygienic as we have seen the resort dog drinking from its pool.***. The resort is very smelly and not well maintained which can be a threat to my sister’s low immune system. We have initially booked the place for its serene photos and its near the beach. There were a lot of GOAT **** along the way.***. My grandmother’s foot is fractured from a previous injury and the room offered to us was very far from its amenities and its rocky and bamboo pathway makes it hard for her to walk.***. There were no amenities for children or for senior citizen.***. There were no guest at all during our scheduled stay. **We have no access to the location prior to the previous booking as we are from a far away city. I hope your good office can take immediate action on this or else will arrange necessary legal or any needed action for this.
The resort is not FAMILY FRIENDLY at all. Its too good to be true in its photos. I hope they would understand my family situation. We went there and my grandmother can't walk along their paths. My sister can't swim in their pool as the resort dog is drinking from it and she is suffering from a very low immune system.
Since, we didn't use the room and no other guest was booked in that resort during the holidays, me and my family demands for the payment to be reversed.
I pay right and on time. I give credit to where it is due. If the service and accommodation suit with the kind of price they're asking.
