Dear Agoda, *I just wanted to raise my concern regarding this booking which I have not received any response till now though I have called several times to AGODA customer care. Which is really really very frustrating. What do you think, we are such stupid people wasting time here?????**Booking ID: **********Property: Seacono Boutique Hotel, Phuket** Rooms for * nights**Problem Detail:*I reached hotel and asked for check-in. Receptionist at Seacono hotel said me that we are full so we will shift you to another hotel. (ACCA Patong). When I argued with them , then said we have problem with our AC, so we are shifting there. Then I said ok, let’s see. When I checked in that hotel, I saw very poor standard rooms. I have booked there Grand Superior room but here in ACCA Patong not the same standard room. When I checked the price of rooms I found those were around ****baht *night in Agoda. So this was not accepted by me.**I was travelling with my kids, So I thought let me check in today and for rest of the days I must talk to AGODA. So on the same night I called Agoda customer care service and raised my concern. The person said Sir, we will definitely help you in this matter by tomorrow. But I didn’t get any till now. I called back to agoda * times after that. But no luck. One lady called me on *nd day and said You will be getting a call from property to settle this issue, can I give your number to them? I said yes, but till now I have not received any call from anyone. When next day I talked to Seacono hotel, they were very much angry on me. And said, you have complained to Agoda, so talk to them don’t come to us. You paid them, You talk to them. It’s Very disgusting. They might be thinking I am a tourist, so I will back to my country in few days, so matter closed. But No. I am working in Bangkok and staying here. **I don’t understand why Agoda cheated with me??? Why there is no solution on this till now?? I need my money back.**I have all the documents, telephone call records along with me. If you are not taking it seriously, then I will be serious on this. I will file a fraud case against you and post in twitter*FB*Linkedin about such worst service.**I have raised my concern here, I hope there will be response from Agoda, and I will get the justice on this matter. Your quick response will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
