I was trying to book for a room for Jan but the booking summary was for Dec ... I have a wrong booking date confirmation and I immediateley asked for it to be corrected but I still haven't got any update from Agoda and even from the property. I even sent follow up emails.**This is the first time I booked using Agoda and for the resort but really had a bad experience in helping me get the wrong dates fixed...I am very dissatisfied with the service and you will be charging me for a booking that I would never be able to attend to...my name is Ms. Charity Anne R De Veyra and booking ID is *********. I am really upset right now because of whats happenning and I don't know if you guys would like to help me or just charge me. Really unhappy first time customer and really had a bad experience doing business with you.

This is my first time in Agoda and I immediately called when the confirmation email had the wrong booking date and I even emailed the property with no follow up at all up to this time
Can't do anything because the site and app won't let me change dates. I can cancel but you are charging me
