I was trying to contact the agoda to update my cancellation and to get back my money ... I book a hotel at agoda.com and in the next day, I decided to cancelled the hotel that I booked. I recieve an email reciept for the refund. But still the refund is not arrived. Its been almost ** days. I want you to follow up my cancellation and refund. My booking I.D is *********.
Its been so long that I’ve been waiting
To get my refund
I’m new costumer, I’m excpecting them to fix this as soon as possible and update me.
