I am currently working at Ramada Katunayake, SriLanka - front desk agent. There was * adults by the booking name Adina Melder. They showed us their email saying that the booking was confirmed but we didn’t receive any voucher, I informed the guest but guest refused to pay. Now that there is no way to get the voucher the hotel have deducted Rs. **,*** from my sallery. It would be a great help if you could help me find the booking voucher. I have some documents which were sent to the guest by agoda. It mentioned that guest has already paid in full, please help me find it, a big help.
