On Dec *rd, I booked online on Agoda.com.*My Bkg ID **********After booking I received a confirmation email that it is non-refundable.*Immediately I emailed Agoda and the owner of the property to change it refundable.*I guess their site was pre-programmed for non-refundable.*Agoda nor the owner have taken action to resolve this matter.*All I am asking for is to please correct it to refundable.*Agoda does not have any toll freenumber that can be dialled from India. TRIED EVERYTHING BUT THEY ARE A STUBBORN GHOST COMPANY WHO JUST WANT OUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE PROPER SERVICE. JUST AVOID OUR CONCERNS WITH THEIR STUBBORN REPLIES BY EMAILS.
